Welsmint Web Studio is operated by Wyatt Welsman. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, inquire about a project or purchase our website design services.
Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, business name, email address, industry, website goals, project files and correspondence. When you submit our inquiry form, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit to our business email inbox. Previewing or downloading your answers does not submit them.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and agreements, build and deliver your project, provide support, and maintain payment and business records. Please send only information needed for your project. Do not send passwords, bank details or sensitive customer records through our inquiry form or email.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. We do not collect or store your full card number or security code on this website. Stripe provides transaction information needed to manage purchases, refunds and support. Read Stripe’s privacy policy for its practices.
We use providers for website hosting, email and payment processing. They process information needed to provide those services. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered through email; our business inbox uses Google’s email services. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and submission documentation. Providers may process information outside your location.
Website traffic and cookies
The current website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by Welsmint, and the inquiry form does not store your answers in a site database. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the website. External services, including FormSubmit, Stripe checkout and your email provider, have their own cookie and privacy practices.
Sharing and project tools
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as needed for the project, when you authorize it, or when required by law. AI tools may assist development; please avoid including confidential or sensitive information in project materials. Any project-specific handling requirements should be agreed before you send those materials.
Retention and requests
We keep information as needed to handle inquiries, deliver services, maintain required records and resolve disputes. Contact welsmintweb@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop marketing messages. We may need to verify a request and retain information required for legal or business recordkeeping.
Security and updates
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet service is completely secure. This policy applies to Welsmint’s website and services, not websites we link to or independent client websites. We publish changes here with an updated effective date.
