Refund & cancellation policy
Effective November 2, 2026
These policies apply to Welsmint Web Studio’s $199 USD business website package. Your written project agreement confirms the pages, features, delivery dates and any separately approved costs before payment.
What the package includes
Up to five custom pages, mobile-friendly layouts, up to 20 client-provided photos, a photo gallery, one inquiry form, basic page titles and descriptions, and two revision rounds. Domain registration, hosting, paid tools, ongoing maintenance and additional functionality are separate.
Payment and delivery
Payment is due after the project agreement is approved and before work begins. Websites are delivered digitally. We agree on the first-draft and target-launch dates in writing; dates depend on timely materials, account access and feedback. Any revised schedule is confirmed in writing. We launch only after your written approval.
Canceling your project
Email welsmintweb@gmail.com with your business name and project details to request cancellation or a refund.
Before work begins, the design payment is fully refundable. After work begins, we provide an itemized explanation of completed work and refund the unused portion based on these milestones:
- Initial draft: $100
- Revisions, testing and handoff: $99
Only completed work is retained, up to $199 in total. If Welsmint cancels, we refund the portion covering undelivered work. Any third-party purchase requires advance written approval, including its cancellation terms. These policies do not limit rights required by applicable law.
Refund processing
We confirm the refund amount and submission timing in writing. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider where supported. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears; we provide confirmation after a refund is submitted.
Revisions and ongoing services
Each revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. Additional pages, revision rounds and functionality require a separate written quote approved before work proceeds. Optional ongoing care is a separate agreement; it is not required with the design package.
